1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the full balance due no later than 30 days before departure. We accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit card.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges will apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of the same value.

3. Visa and Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and have obtained the correct visa for your travel. While we provide visa processing services, we are not responsible for any refusal of visa issuance by the embassy.

4. Liability

Riyazul Jannah Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport companies. We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during your tour that is not a direct result of our negligence.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
